Overview
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit harshkanwar.com or interact with Transform with Kanwar (TWK) services, how it is used, and your rights. We operate in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act 2000.
Who We Are

Data We Collect
Directly from you: only what you voluntarily send us. Emails you send, information you share during a discovery call, payment details if you purchase a product (processed by payment providers; we don't store card numbers), and course intake forms if you enroll in coaching or courses.
Automatically: basic server and browser data if you visit this site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). This is standard for any website and is used only to diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse.
Third-Party Services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may embed videos from YouTube. These services may set cookies and receive technical data (IP, user agent) when their content loads. They do not receive personal information about you from us.
Course enrollment is delivered through Skool. If you enroll, Skool's privacy policy applies to your course account. Payments are processed by standard providers (Razorpay, Stripe, or equivalent) who each have their own privacy policies.
Meta Advertising Cookies
On the booking confirmation page at coaching.harshkanwar.com/booked, we use the Meta Pixel only if you choose to allow advertising cookies. It sends a page-view event to Meta to measure advertising. After a Calendly booking redirect, it also sends a scheduling event. Booking identifiers are used only in your browser to prevent duplicate scheduling events within the same browser session; they are not included in the Meta event. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and cookie identifiers. We do not add your name, email, booking answers, blood results, or health conditions to these events. Booking details in the page URL are removed before the pixel loads. Automatic event detection is disabled.
Declining does not affect your booking or access to this page. To withdraw consent for future visits, clear this site's stored data in your browser and decline when asked again. Meta explains its use of information in its Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Data
Information is used to deliver services you've asked for: coaching, course access, responding to emails, processing payments. We do not sell your personal data. Service information is shared only as needed to deliver those services. If you allow Meta advertising cookies, the limited event data described above is also used for advertising measurement.
Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. To exercise any of these, email hk@harshkanwar.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
With your permission, Meta may set advertising cookies on the booking confirmation page. Third-party services (Google Fonts, YouTube embeds) may also set cookies. You can opt out of those at any point via your browser settings or by declining cookies in the on-site banner.
Data Retention
Emails are kept for as long as needed to respond or maintain an ongoing relationship. Course and coaching records are kept for the duration of your access plus a reasonable archival period. You can request deletion at any time.
Changes to This Policy
If the policy changes, the "last updated" date at the bottom will reflect that. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients or students.
